After graduating high school as a multi-sport athlete with multiple collegiate offers, Damien chose to stay close to home & played college football at the University of Central Arkansas where he graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems. From there he went on to get his Masters in Business Administration.
After Graduating with their MBA's, Damien & his High School Sweetheart both decided to accept new jobs in Dallas, Texas. During this time, Damien worked as a Business Analyst for Toll Road Company while his wife worked as an accountant as she studied to become a CPA. One day while on lunch break, Damien saw an ad from Tai Lopez about helping small business owners with online marketing. After 11 months of working - Damien seized an opportunity to work for himself and test what he had learned from the program he had purchased.
After going through the rollercoaster ride that most agencies experience of getting clients fast to then having problems retaining them, Damien got an opportunity to work with his first ecommerce brand and expand outside of the local radius he was tied to. From there through major networking, he was able to land deals with Discovery Channel - Cubcoats, Active Faith Sports, Gameday Couture, Piperlou Collection and started scaling brands to millions per month.
The noise that was being made from the results that were being generated, opened up doors to an unfamiliar vertical (information marketing). Online gurus from all over, needed help scaling their dropshipping stores and that's where Damien met his first online guru (Jared Goetz) and helped him sell dropshipping products and his Ecommerce course.
Jared then introduced Damien to a talent agency in Atlanta, Georgia who needed help managing celebrities and top influencers social media accounts where ads would be ran pushing different promos for companies. Brands like Waka Flocka, T.I and many others utilized the services. During this time, Damien witnessed the power of selling information online and just how big of a difference the margins were with selling physical products vs information products.
Now at this time, Damien's brand started to gain massive exposure and has attracted some of the biggest names in the Information industry. He then took the strategies from the ecommerce world and signed multiple information products businesses. Within less than 13 months, he took his first digital guru to over $1,000,000 a month. From there, the word spread and he then broke his personal record to help an entrepreneur surpass over $1,000,000 in a single day!
Fast forward a year later and he had over 250 entrepreneurs utilizing his services. He then went on to help over 50 entrepreneurs get their 2x Comma club awards in less than a year with several of them earning 8 Figure awards.
As the Go-To Scaling expert, Damien Helped 25 Entrepreneurs break the 8 figure mark and this was the birth of the 8 figure creator. Do to the amount of revenue that was being driven through the tracking platforms, Infused Traffic Media was featured on one of the top tracking and attribution softwares (the only Black owned company) for information marketing products.
At the end of 2022, Damien noticed a negative trend in the information marketing industry and decided that he needed more control of the business operations vs just offering services. He transformed his company from an agency to a growth partner publishing company to focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
